Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Timeless Growth Psychotherapy.
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Michigan - Dearborn, while also obtaining an athletic scholarship to pursue her dream of playing college Softball. Shortly after completing her undergrad, Sarah pursued her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and graduated with honours.
Sarah’s passion for creating meaningful, collaborative therapeutic spaces inspired her to turn her commitment to supporting others into a broader vision for community impact. This vision led to the creation of Timeless Growth Psychotherapy—a virtual, culturally inclusive practice dedicated to making compassionate and meaningful mental health support more accessible to individuals across Ontario, Canada.

Thana is currently accepting new clients. Sliding scale spots available upon request!
Thana is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her background supporting children, youth, adults, and families through emotional, developmental, and life challenges has shaped her belief in the importance of safe, supportive relationships and continues to inform her work as a therapist.
Thana brings warmth, empathy, and authenticity into the therapeutic space. She understands that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when navigating competing responsibilities, relationships, cultural expectations, personal growth, and major life transitions. Her goal is to create a space where clients can slow down, feel heard, better understand themselves, and explore what they need without judgment or pressure.
She works collaboratively with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, parenting and family stress, identity concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Thana believes therapy is not about having all the answers, but about creating space for greater self-awareness, compassion, and meaningful change.
Therapeutic Modalities / Approach
Thana approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and genuine curiosity. She believes each client is the expert of their own life and that therapy should honour each person's individual experiences, identities, values, and strengths.
Her work draws from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed, strengths-based, and humanistic approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, Thana integrates therapeutic strategies based on each client's individual needs and goals.
Her therapeutic style emphasizes self-awareness, compassion, empowerment, and meaningful reflection. She supports clients in understanding emotional and behavioural patterns, challenging unhelpful beliefs, softening self-criticism, strengthening self-compassion, reconnecting with their values, and developing healthier ways of navigating life's challenges.
Areas of Focus:
Anxiety, Stress & Emotional Overwhelm, Burnout, Emotional Regulation, Self-Compassion & Self-Esteem, Parenting & Family Stress, Relationship Difficulties, Life Transitions, Postpartum Depression, Women's Issues, Cultural Identity & Personal Growth, Values Exploration, Personal Growth & Self-Discovery.

Kim is accepting new clients starting September 7th, 2026. Kim offers affordable low-cost therapy!
Kim provides almost a decade of experience supporting youth and adults as a teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL). She has taught learners of all ages in public and private schools, including colleges and universities, as well as in-company training for professionals across Canada and internationally, including Austria, Spain, Italy and Germany.
Currently, she is in the final practicum stage of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and expects to graduate in April 2027. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in Global Health and Sociology.
As the eldest daughter in her family, a first-generation Filipino Canadian, and the first in her family to attend university, Kim has grown up navigating multiple cultures and perspectives. Raised by parents who immigrated to Toronto, Canada, she understands the complexities of balancing personal values with the expectations of family, dual cultures, and society while searching for a sense of identity and belonging.
Having travelled to more than 30 countries, Kim has also had the privilege of learning from people of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life. These experiences have cultivated greater cultural awareness and reinforced her belief that there is no single "normal" way of living, thinking, or being. She believes each person's experiences, relationships, values, and culture shape how they understand themselves and the world around them.
Above all, these experiences have taught Kim to listen beyond words. She is attentive not only what is said, but also to what may feel difficult to express. She strives to create a space where others are genuinely accepted for who they are.
Therapeutic Modalities / Approach
Kim prioritizes building a caring relationship rooted in safety, trust, curiosity, and confidentiality at a pace that feels comfortable for each person. She believes that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone, and that healing occurs through our relationship with ourselves and with others.
Her practice is grounded in collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care. She offers an empathetic, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their lived experiences and emotions, gain greater self-understanding, and develop coping strategies that align with their needs and goals. She utilizes evidence-based approaches while also incorporating diverse cultural perspectives and healing traditions.
She draws from an integrative, person-centred approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and somatic interventions.
Kim's approach is also shaped by her own lived experience. Since 2018, she has been engaged in her own psychotherapy journey, navigating major life transitions, grief and loss, as well as the ongoing process of developing greater self-compassion, confidence, and self-understanding. Through person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, somatic and Gestalt approaches, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of therapy. This journey continues to deepen her empathy and belief that growth, healing, and change are possible for everyone no matter where they are in life.
Areas of Focus:
Kim has a particular interest in supporting individuals 10+, teens, post-secondary students and adults navigating life transitions, identity development, grief and loss. Regardless of circumstance, she aims to empower and support others in developing resilience.
Anxiety, ADHD, Stress, Emotional Well-Being, Life Transitions, Identity, Personal Growth, Self Esteem, Self Compassion, Self-Discovery, Academic and Career Burnout/Stress, Relational Issues and Family Conflicts/Boundaries, Cultural Identity and Belonging, Neurodiversity, Grief and Loss.
Kim is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a student intern under the supervised practice of Corrado Recchiuti, Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Clinical Supervisor
